sub frame connectors
i no this is suspension but this is a lt1 section so i figure anythign lt1 can be talked about but im lookin at buyin sub frame connectors and i was wondering if the 3 point sub frame connects are worth it or should i just go 2 point ....any info would help

I think you are referring to the SLP SFCs with the x brace that ties the sides together...
if so, just get a set of BMR or UMI weld-ins if you don't plan on removing them, bolt-in if you do. The cross brace gets in the way of any under car work you need to do. It does however add a bit of strength and rigidness to the chassis. It is better suited for T-Top cars and car that are really putting a twist to the chassis.
BMR has customer cars in the single digits though, and I wouldn't think twice to go with their stuff!!

well, they sit a little lower than the subframe does obviously... it scraped when i got off the drive-on rack at work but so did the cat hanger. hehe.
They are slick under there. its not a huge ground clearance problem tho. I looked at pictures of the boxed ones, and i wondered how the hell people get around with them on!

I wouldnt worry about the diamond style. They will give you problems with exhaust and/or TQ Arm packages if you ever need to go that route. I prefer boxed, but tubular work too.
