Hey Tony what kind of under the car clearance do they have? My Hookers suck for clearance.

The only problem I have is with the #5 primary. It is tough to get to the spark plug. Besides that.....they rock! Remember you will need a manual p/s rack and delete or modify the evap box for these headers.

Kooks are supposed to work with factory parts, but only time will tell. Mine are still not in the car.

You need to use a different oil filter and I had to get rid of the low oil level sensor on my lt1. I use a canteen pan also if that makes a difference. With the pacesetters I had no problems. They are a nice header and tuck nicely. Nice car roadtrip120 I've always liked it.

Undercar clearance is fine.

With my small arms plugs are easy as well.

And you can keep PS if you get a flaming river U-joint for the steering linkage The heater box does need some serious modification though.

Tony.

Kooks should be install and go.

Tony's headers you have to modify the steering linkage and heater box.

mmm. its a hard choice. pacesetter LT headers + y pipe = $658.00 against Kooks LT headers and y pipe = $1675.00

ouch

I run the stepped Kooks with the emissions fittings and a stock pan...The only mod was switching to an AC PF454 filter and very slight clearancing of a steering coupler bolt head...Under car clearance is fantastic and plug access is good...They are works of art and look great as they age..They get kind of a golden color to them...

Your A/C box that sticks through the firewall, right next to the heater core lines, on the passenger side of the car.
