Default pretty much lost power

ok my buddy has a 94 chevy caprice on 24's and all this tight **** done to it, he replaced alot of the parts on it as well. he changed out his fuel pump and spark plug wires, spark plugs, map censor, and i forget what else he told me he changed but now he says that his car is acting up. He says that when he is about to take off from a red light, the car shakes and jumps and then once it shifts its perfectly fine. Also when he comes to a stop it kinda does the same thing. and he says he doesnt have the power he used to. Anyone know what maybe going on?

its actually in car shows? i could take my beatup s10 to a car show if i wanted, doesnt make it nice. also, owning a sweet car before does not make your new pimped out ride cool.

ide say he lost power due to the increased wheel size. its like putting a numerically lower gear in it.

This thread should be toasted. If that thing is in car shows.....well I'm not going to that car show because it probably has loud music that I don't like and cars that have thousand into them and run 20s, in the quarter!
