Default car won't start update...any other suggestions?

I went out and bought a new coil yesterday (MSD) installed it and still nothing...then I pulled the spark plug wire off and installed a plug I had laying around...no spark...so I pulled the coil wire off of the top of the opti and grounded it with a screwdriver (the other end still connected to the coil) to my strut tower brace...still no spark...bypassed the MSD6AL again...still nothing..I did multitest the pink wires to the coil and it did show about 12 volts there. What do you guys think? Is there something I am missing? It doesn't seem to have spark coming out of the coil....but its new. Sorry bout the long post...just wanted to give you guys the most info I can. Thanks again for helping.

I did check all the fuses..all are good...if the pass-lock key was bad..what would happen...would it turn over at all? or not even try to start? As frustrated as I am with it..I can't part with it.......................yet.
