April sounds good to me also, and i'm all for the KC track. The paypal idea should work out well for everyone and $50-60 is a fair price. If you need help with anything else just pm me and i'll do what I can.

We are getting charged about $3,500
If we charge say $60 per person. It would only take 58 cars to pay for the track. If 100 cars pre-pay and register that would leave $2,520.00 (after the track is paid) for payouts, nice trophys, door prizes, wet t-shirt contests (j/k).........etc which would make an awesome event. I think $50-$70 would be a fair price for this kind of event. It will be even better when the sponsors chip in.
Right now it is hard to estimate how many cars will show up. That makes it difficult to know what to charge for pre-pay.

If I charged $50.00 each, that would lock in 70 people which would pay for the track. And since I am not out to make a profit for this event if a lot more people pre-pay or show up we could use the remainder of the money for payouts, prizes, charity.....etc. We could make a vote on that. It looks like we will have some sponsors pitching in as well. know PortPros and Nitrous Outlet would like to help. Let me know if any other companies would like to sponsor or help the event.

I'll be in for around $50.00, but not if its non-refundable.
