My setup will consist of an f1a procharger, and all the mods in my sig. I will not rev the motor past 6000 rpm. It will make about 500 rwhp at 6000 ft, more than 600+ at sea level. Im hoping my 2 bolt main block will hold together, with a conservative tune. The car has 60,000 miles on it (its a 1993), and the motor has about 1000 miles on it since the rebuild. I didnt splay the block because of all the other parts I had to buy, i simply couldnt afford the extra cost at the time. Id like to run the f1a for a couple years and make a safe 500 rwhp, then splay the block later and make more boost.

If the block is done, run it til it blows. If you've got machine work left to do, then splay it.

would a splayed cap setup possibly free up higher rpm HP by helping keep the main bearing journals more uniform in line, and not twist, so as to not let the crank "bind up" ever soo slightly in the block?

if there were a power increase, it would be very tought to tell I would imagine. but every little bit counts, and power through machine work, is power you do not sacrifice elsewhere in the rpm range.

Here is a picture of my bottom end. Do I have studded main cap bolts?

I was just making sure. Does this help the strength of the 2 bolt setup?

Yes it helps and aso helps prevent "cap walk".
Helps them stay in place better.

With studded main cap bolts, can I run 500 rwhp safely? What are your guys' opinions?
