blown head gasket
The heads have alot of oil sludge under the valve cover so rebuilding them would be a good thing.
Could the smoke be from bad spark not buring off gas?
Want opinions if it looks like its colant burning
video is 5 sec after starting from cold

If you see sludge probably so. Is it milky looking? You'll know, its this light mud looking glop. Sucks, just pull the heads and upgrade, I did springs while I had the heads off, easier to do them that way I thought.
It wasn't very clear to me where the gasket had gone wrong til I had the heads off, my #7 piston was tinted slightly green and was clean, only cylinder that had coolant sitting in it on the driver side also.
Had coolant in all my passenger side cylinders, I didn't get the knock sensor out til after I pulled the heads, what a mess. Whoever writes those damn books need to state that you def. need to pull the knock sensor to drain the whole block, not maybe.

For me my hypertech 160 thermostat failed closed. Grab a Be Cool 170 while you are rebuilding, they are guaranteed to fail open.
It seems hand held tuners aren't the only bad thing hypertech makes.
I do have quite a bit of moisture in the exhaust/tips
