new setup!!

I just wanted to share the excitement!! I currently runing a 383Cu stroker heads and cam.... and every bolt on! Well i just got a deal i couldn't turn down on a Vortec s-trim kit with a aftercooler for $2200 with only 5K miles on it. So needless to say i am going to be going boosted at 8 psi on a already 10:5:1 427RWHP stroker.... Hope it all holds together i know the compression is good but everything is forged and i am going to try and keep the boost somewhat low! Better look out!

Holy cow! 427 NA and you're boosting?! That's going to be a monster! Since I'm an optimist, I'm going with 530hp

I hear ya i actually thought about somehow spraying a small shot in the Aftercooler to really bring the airtemp down.... But not to sure how i am going to get that hooked up yet?

And yeah thanks everyone who posted on it!! I am hoping for 550RWHP with the aftercooler at 6-8psi

I am thinking the 42 pound green top injectors.... So i need to get rid of the brandnew 30lbs that i just got so let me know if you wanna em!

probably wanna go bigger than 42 if your lookin to make much more power...hell w/ a decent sized h/c you should really go 38 so a h/c boosted setup should be more than a 42
