Default Ok I got one for you

Im blowing my engine sensor fuse! When I replace it and drive around in about 10-20 min it blows again. The only thing I can think off is a grounded out power wire or some kind of short. Do you think a bad sensor would cause something like this? Will a diagnostic would help cut the possibilities down? Im getting realy with this thing lol. Thanks for the help

"Oh it will not blow the fuse sitting in the drive way only when i take it down the street"

Do you have hooker longtubes? My first suspicion would be your O2 sensors - and that something burned / is causing a momentary short in one of the wires. As a quick and dirty check you can just unplug all the o2's and drive around like that. It will set an SES but you can still drive fine.

The other high current draw is probably going to be the MAF - if you know someone else with an LT1 MAF the easiest thing would be to swap theirs in and see if the problem continues.

Yeah, but a short in the wire can still cause a physical problem.

I have been fighting the exact same problem for weeks and finally when I switched my computer to a stock one I had laying around it quit. I am at a loss, it must be the computer then if thats all it takes to make it stop popping fuses. I thought it was my 02's also and traced all that down to no avail and also unplugged the maf. If drive me crazy until I put that new computer in.

Well I finally figured mine out. It was indeed the wires on the header but it was on the passenger side under the hood and was almost inpossible to see. I saw it when installed my NOS system and was like, well **** there it is. What really bugs me is why it only blew the fuse with the tuned computer and not the stock one?
