93 firebird wont start.. HELP!

I was thinking the opti BUT The car runs BAD ***! Then all of a sudden The next morning it wont start. I check the spark and there is none.. What do you think it is?? THANKS!

Could be the opti. Check the spark at the coil too to make sure it's not that.

OPTI. You could check the coil also... Its a lot easier/quicker/cheaper to replace the coil than the Opti. If that doesnt work, time to dig in and swap the opti.

So if I check the coil all I do it unplug the coil wire from the opti and see if it sparks when I crank it..

just go replace it with one from Autozone... its only $20 or so... Easier than trying to "check" the spark at the opti... Also just checking for spark at the opti is not totally foolproof... you may see spark, but it may be too weak to generate sufficient spark at the actual plug.
