Idiot Lights
Idiot Lights Hello All,
I sent my car in for paint (Looks awesome). Since I got it back the ABS INOP light and the BRAKE light on the dash have been comming on when I start the car and not going off. The car drives fine with the lights on, the E-Brake is not pulled and the brakes arnt dragging or anything. Do you think they pulled the sensor for the ABS out and installed it wrong or what? Im at a loss, I have never really driven a car without ABS before (so maybe I'm a wuss). Honestly I am not "against" not having ABS, just want the lights to go away. What do you guys think would be the best course of action.

Check your third brake lights. If they painted it, then they should have had the spoiler off, which means unhooking the third brake light. Not plugging it back up will cause this light.
