valve train upgrades I am going to be doing a cam swap, in the next month
can you guys recomend some valve springs, rr's, push rods
not sure what exact cam yet but looking for a med sized cam with stock heads. do i have to change the lifters?

The valve springs will depend on how much lift is on the cam you choose. Most people use 1.6 rockers. Self aligning or non self aligning again depends on how much lift you are running. Pushrods are 7.2" length. Either look into the lt4 cam or for a little more power cc503. You dont have to change the lifters but it is a good idea since you are already in there.
look at the the crane 10308 spring kit. it's a great deal for the money. for a milder cam on stock heads SA rockers will be fine. like said above the PR will be 7.2 inch, and the lifters are probably fine to reuse but it is not a bad idea to swap them while your there. same things with the timing set, and if you are really feeling ambitious the opti and water pump.
