msd coil
msd coil is any one runnin the msd blaster coil Pn# msd8226 i read some where that it takes a special adapter plug or somthing but im not sure any help much appreciated and its for a 94 i dont no if that matters

I just added an MSD Blaster to my Formula along with a new Optispark, If I remember right late 94-97 LT1's have a different connecter than 92-early 94 LT1's. My formula is a 93 and the Blaster coil connecters fit perfectly, but im not sure about late 94's and up. IMO the coil didn't do a damn thing haha, wasted 50 bucks!

If you have a 95 or before car, it did do something. If you have a 96/97, it did next to nothing.
96/97 cars have the upgraded coil, the MSD blaster coil is the same as the 96/97 coil (the upgraded stock coil).

Yeah, That's the one you need; I'm running it on my '95. It takes no special adapter plug. Also, I wouldn't say it's the same as the '96/'97 coil, but definetly closer to that than the '95 and before.
