street legal ? i was just wondering if certain things are street legal or not. 1st one is a line lock. is that street legal or is it something you could get in trouble for if a cop saw the switch? the other, is the egr/air delete street legal? or do you just have to keep your cats? also do cam upgrades effect emissions?bigger injectors? i dont really know,thats why im asking

IMO line lock is a street legal item. egr/air delete isn't at all street legal because it violates emissions. however if you don't have emissions in your area, then remove away. Same with Cats. Except if a cop were to inspect your car and found no cats you can get fined for it.
Cam upgrades effect emissions. Some cams with good tuning can pass most emissions. Big Injectors, with tuning should be the same as stock injectors.

States differ on what a cop can do. Here, a cop has to be D.O.T. approved to do things like fine for emissions, or give a bumper clearance ticket. Yet all State Troopers are D.O.T. approved and can do it.
