One thing for sure, when we finally get down to the actual event in April, we'll then know who is completely "full-of Bull ****" here on the forum and who will show-up and run their numbers.

At a "more professional level" of drag racing, let's say the NHRA Lucas Oil series for example; I don't see "any" of the best racers (national event winners) taking any trash to other racers. They simply show-up at the events and make their statement winning rounds with the best racers in the nation.

Well put. I was thinking the same thing about our local summit series competitors. No one talks ****, no one gets pissy, we even shake hands with the racer who put us on the trailer. I will even walk over to someone I don't know and tell them "good race".

True but the Summit series is bracket racing its hard to get excited and talk **** about dialing a car in.

True. I guess I feel more strongly about bracket since I'm slow. Knowing that I cut a good light and ran closer to my number makes me all tingly in my happy place!

Good sportsmanship, I've always done the same, but if I ever done something like Pinks and lost ...lol..well I'd just keep driving and see if they catch me, change my name, go into Witness Protection and keep my car ...

I also race in the NHRA Div-4 Summit series (No-E fast) and go to the Div-4 finals at Ennis each year. We also have really good sportsmanship at our track in the Summit series.

And it always seems to be that way every track you go to. Maybe it's just a Div 4 thing, lol.

I've always heard really good things about your track there in Lubbock. Also, I send some money over to Lubbock from time-to-time for LT parts at SDPC. I bought my Kooks from them, along with a lot of other GM stuff. SDPC is a good company to deal with, they have everything in stock.

Were you at the Div-4 finals this year at Ennis? If so you may have seen my car, not too may LT cars there.

I usually let my car speak for itself.

I'll be just another one of those slow blue cars.

(except mine really will be slow )
