false knock?

false knock? hey guys i think my car is sensing false knock. i have a 94Z A4 freshly built 355 (stock) i can't get it scanned. but i have the LM1 with cat delete. my opti's come and go very quickly. i know opti's go alot but i've had 3 in the past 10 months. my gas milage is real poor. i know gas mileage is poor in cars like this but man this is crazy. it eats gas like nothing. and my performance is real CRAPPY. feels real sluggish. well me and my friend decided to switch out my stock LT1 with his LT4. well it did good in the bottom end and mid range till about 3K. i can't go past 3K cause tranny is slipping pretty bad
. i had it on for aobut a day and the gas lasted a little bit longer than usual. has anyone had any trouble with this in the past? need help asap.
