Anyone have a picture or link that shows the difference side-by-side of the LT1/LT4 heads and intake?

LT4 heads are .1 inches taller than LT1 heads right? Just mill the heads or block enough to split the difference, then port the LT1 intake .050 top and bottom. This should also make for a tighter seal of the lifter valleys which seems to be needed.

Anyone tried this idea? Any reason this wouldn't work?

not very impressed with it all but works well for a dd gained just 1 tenth in the 1/4 with no tune but i did put down 320 to the wheels w an a4 and 342's

I had an auto 94Z with the LT4 package, headers and a blowMaster Cat back. It wasnt bad, but there arent too many people who know how to tune them. "MOST" shops are just guessing when they tune them. Mine ran 13.2 with street tires and stock 3.42's. It sounded awsome and put 320 to the tire. I feel the car had more in it with proper tuning. So this is about the speed of an LS1 car, thus it got sold.
