What if im running a rear mount turbo? will i have to fab a muffler into the downpipe to run in this class? Or are there any exceptions to the rule?
Last one I worked on dumped right into a muffler? Is yours different?

I'll register on Friday, right after I get paid... But Im definitely in! And I'm 90% sure that I'll have my buddy and his turbo'd 95 Z tagging along, so I'll have to get him registered too.

Anyone from FL planning on going let me know via pm, maybe we can have a big FLboys convoy heading up.

I'm on the list. I wish I was able to run in the power adder class but I checked the bracket class.

If I don't get my car finished in time [licensed(driver) and certified(cage)] to be NHRA legal, can my entry fee get me thru the door to meet some of you?

You can run in as many classes as you want. The box you check on the site doesn't mean you have to run in that class. We just put that on there to get an idea of what the class participation level will be.

If you've already paid and your car isn't ready, just bring your confirmation number to the gates and come on in!!

Thanks I will be there but I won't be bringing the car if I don't get a couple trial runs. So if everything goes well I'll be there just the track doesn't open here until the first weekend of April and that is all weather permitting.

I have a small problem with the no converted sbc heads rule in the power adder class. My heads are converted

Thanks Mike

We need to remind people that your car needs to be certified to the ET you run, those are track rules.

Tony.

Ellis im in Northern California. near sacramento... not nearly as long a haul for you as it would be if i was in socal.... my plan was possibly to follow the mapquest deal and go thru tahoe, ca on up to reno and then thru colorado, etc on the way to KC.... HOWEVER I really need to go thru that possibility cuz towing up into the mountains in tahoe is NOT fun and it can really tax the gas and the heat in the tranny of the tow vehicle. We could go down a bit more south to bakersfield and then go towards vegas, thru denver and then onto KC... I figure 600 miles a day roughly it would take up 3 days to get there.... 600 miles a day works out to like 10 hrs a day drive.... doable. not fun but doable and definitely more fun if we have multiple cars on trailers..... people on the highway like seeing race cars on trailers in a line....

especially if they are all medium quasar blue...

Hehehe. Just got done meeting with my Painter We are going to add some things for the race

OutLaw. I have gone that way three times in Dec Feb and march. Not that bad. The worse part is the cut through Wyoming. That would work for me. Maybe we could hook in Reno? I was wanting to push a little harded at 12hours a day but it is up in the air. I would like to get there in time for the TnT friday night. I am thinking of leaving tuesday night and making it to Reno by Wednesday morning. I am hoping to have at least one other driver and a third if possible. Gotta figure we will each be moving 100k in equipment so numbers is good .

BTW I am going to submit to AAA from trip tickets. They were nice on the way to the race in Wendover
