Lol ok for the questions so far, i'll try to knockem out. Yea my dad amazes me, I can only wish I had the skills he does.

Ok, it's an 8.8 with spool and 33spline moser axles.
Yes that's a timing belt.
Yes the opti is used just for the optical sensor.
He will be running a 3600 stall and honestly I'm not sure whats done to the
4l80e, I know its full manuel valve body though.
It's primarily a street car because the nearest track is 2 hours away. It will be taken to the track, just not as often as I wish it could be.

with the mono blade throttle body, is there any concern with air distribution to 1/2 the engine at part throttle?

how? one side cimes up and that half gets air..other side goes down and that side gets air? make sense to me...what about lt1 and ls1 where the t/b is at the front how do the back cylinders get air?

You're lucky to have a dad like that...work that hes doing costs a fortune if its outsourced to a shop. Your friends will be over wanting some of that work if they arent already

lol... its going to get air guys. yu cant seriously be sitting here and telling this guy who put this amazing car together that half of his 408ci motor wont be getting air.. dont worry it will breathe. and it will breathe very well.

i was simply asking since i don't see many monoblade throttle bodies directly mounted to that style intake
