first time at the track in my LT1.. or any car for that matter

**** my car was in such bad shape when I got it, it was trapping like 78 in the 1/8th with LTs, true duals, 3.73s and a few other bolt ons, I have since done some tuning and a tune up and a few more bolts ons. Im hoping for some 84mph traps at least.

Sounds like its running strong! When I was stock with cai and exhaust went 14.0 at 104.5 on a 2.2 60ft mid summer 90degree day! This was on the stock goodyear gsc tires wich translated to feathering the throttle in first every run.

M6's just trap higher than auto's. 99mph is about right for your mods, if you add longtubes probably jump up to 101mph.

Nothing wrong with that. I'm trying to go a little quicker when I put my converter in next week. Since I ran 14.0@97 and not my best 60 I think I can do better but I'm only going to an 1/8th mile track. I think it will be worth at least 4 tenths to the 1/8th and more to the 1/4 depending on traction of course.

Ive never raced before and Im counting the days to run it!! Im lucky to have some old friends from high school that know these cars inside and out and helping me build it right.
