need help!

my friend has a 97 LT1 and the rotor in the optispark keeps breaking, any suggestions?

if you keep putting a rotor in it, maybe the plastic plate behind the rotor is warped, have you tried new optispark??? if so like gun said did you tighten it????

throw a little loctite on the screws that hold the rotor on, and any other little screws in the opti you can access. seems sometimes these little screws can back out and ruin everything. 20k on mine with loctite and no problems.

we've done all of that and is still breaking. is the msd opti good or should he go with the ls1 coil pack conversion
