ok PO43 on the 95 LT1 is Knock Sensor Circuit...... ok so i replaced the Knock sensor, The Knock Module, The all dreaded OPTISPARK, Wires, Plugs, Knock Sensor Pigtail, and had the code cleared after every new item and in about ten seconds after starting the car... it comes right back on....

im going nuts over this... any ideas???

Code 43 is the knock sensor itself 99% of the time. You say you replaced the knock sensor? If it's a cheap aftermarket sensor, it may be wrong. LT1 sued 2 different sensors, each with a different resistance. Verify that you have the correct sensor. 95 is the worst year, as it could be either OBD1 or OBDII depending on whether the car came with CA emissions (possible in any state). OBDI and OBDII use a different sensor. You need the one with a resistance of 4500 ohms.

You are aware this is LS1tech.com right?
