Default Cam Help For my 383 LT1

What the plan is:
Street track car with good low end power to muscle out of turns but not to the extent of snatching up all peak curve power. Im building this engine with a M6 camaro on weight reduction in mind which will be run primarily on the street and street tracks. (I have had fun at the 1/4 mile, but want to try something new)

The engine:
383ci LT1
-Ported LT1 intake
-ported and polished stock casting heads
-5Xmm Throttle body
-~36lb injectors

And all the other gizmos.

Again what im looking for is decent low end power with this basic setup on the street and street track, but i dont want to lack in high end either. I guess i want the cake and eat it too. What do you guys think? Or what should i be looking for in a street track car? If i should have a custom spec grind who should i call?

Thanks much

thanks guys for your help. especially you king..

i just got off the phone with comp and they pointed me towards the cc 280xfi. they said that it would work great for what im trying to do. the only other thing mentioned was going with a smaller base circle to clear the rods. just a bit of info for the next person trying to find out stuff about this cam.
