Need more info. Last time you had a tune-up, does the car miss, does it bog, it it lean, is it rich, do you have a scan we can look at, does your car still have a cat, last time you cleaned the MAF, 02 sensors, coil, opti.
That's a good start.

Sorry I'm just learning these cars, I'm not full up on which models are which. I do know late model GM cars though, very well.
I notice you said the other car has a stall. That alone can make a big difference on a modified car. What do you mean you say "uh put the engine in july runs rich"?
Have you ran side by side with the other car? Have you ran at the track? If so, can you post your 60', ET, and mph? Can you post a scan of your car?
You also didn't answer all of my questions from my first post.
Help me help you.

First off, what type of induction you have. Second, check to see if the pcm is retarding the timing, I had the same thing happen to me a few years back with that cam and running rich . I had no idea mine was retarding the timing until, I scanned it and seen it it was pulling the max timing but, it was not spark knocking at all just false readings. A stall would help out a lot, out of the hole only.

Maybe the quality of the mechanic turning the wrench???? That is a BIG variable that had substantial impact. The LT4 intake in your sig says you are not particularly knowledgable if you made a mistake like that. As cast flow wise your 93 intake was actually better due to the lack of the fuel rail crossover. Internally the LT4 intake is just like the later LT1 intakes, if you milled above the ports to make it clear the valve cover rail on the LT1 heads all you did was RUIN an LT4 intake.
The tune is a likely source too and not necessarily the tuner, with a speed density car especially, if YOU make one mistake on the mod list that is all it would take to make the tune wrong.

This guy obviously doesn't want much help. He's looking for someone to magically pick an answer out of thin air with his very weak description. People like that irritate me on forums. /rant
