1.6 RR's & springs, cc503 cam, 3200 stall, headers (still looking for some)...and a tune of course.

Only mods on the car now are 373's, SFC's, lowered, strut tower brace, B&M cooler and B&M shift improver...should be much more fun after the stall and cam.

Edit: I havent bought the cam yet...because my car is a DD and I need decent gas mileage. Has anyone used the edelbrock performer RPM cam? Would it be worth doing a cam swap or is it a waste of time/money?

Forged 383 shortblock (cc306 cam)
Worked heads
Built Tranny
Smallish (3k) stall
3.42 rear gear
58mm throttlebody
42lb injectors
ZR1's
And maybe some squeeze if I can come up with the $

Shooting for 11.80's next year

Hoping to drag my grandfathers Viper (97gts) with a "tiny small block" (his words)

I am too damn poor to do much with the car...

I don't have a garage and the car is just out in the driveway so, I can't just put it up on jackstands or anything like that anyhow, last time I tried the local cops came by and said if I left it likethat when I was not around I will get fined for something dangerous or some crap since I don't have a fence and some kid can come up and get hurt around my car, I tried to argue that is was my property but he said that didn't matter, since the car technically only sat 15' from the sidewalk and could eb considered and atttractive nuisence. Whoops sorry for venting...

Anyhow, if it warms up I may jut do some more free things like pulling/cutting out some more weight to get ready for the shootout...

The wire mod is where you run all the wires on top of the passenger fender underneath just to make for a cleaner look.

im goana try and get a
9 inch...3.89 fab housing 35 spline axles, aluminum center, stock width, lca brackets come integrated with 4 adjustment holes
chromoly tq arm..
install my chromoly lcas
chromoly phb
(everything above is rod/poly and double adjustable)

might be able to do drag shocks and springs..not sure yet

this will get rid of my 3.42 and ill be going with 3.90 in the 9 inch that way i should be able to get into the 9's

im hoping to get some pics of salad shooters about 2 feet in the air! woohoo
this way ill see how fast you can go with a stock bottom end...might do drag brakes front and rear might not....maybe fiberglass hood...well see if i can sell this 98z first...

Car was put on hold for a while. More important thing to take care of. But I have a list of thing to do starting this winter/spring/summer... 1st off I'll be prepping my car for paint. Then its off to getting my block splayed, 1/4 filled with block rock, and honed. Getting rid of the SRP pistons getting dished diamond pistons for my forged rotating assembly, get assembly balanced, Getting rid of 50# injectors and getting bigger HI injectors,$$$ purchase 9" rearend / 3.55 gears, cross member mounted Torque Arm$$$ . Install QA1 springs/shocks front and rear, LCA's, PHB with PHB relocation kit, weld in SFC's. $$$ purchase turbonetics ball bearing T76 $$$ Wire mod, paint engine bay, assemble and install block, paint car, purchase HP tuners and wait for my turbo kit to come in sometime mid July. Then hope I don't blow up my ****!!!

I'll be having my 4.11's and spool installed. I'm also going to have the car dyno tuned to try for my 10 sec 1/4 mile slips NA.
