LT1 Horn Issue

Well needing to fix the horn on my 94 z28 but it doesn't work.

The buttons are brand new, new horn relay and a new cancel cam. Only piece not new that seems left is the turn signal switch but not 100% sure if that has anything to do with the horn working or not.

Person I got it from said they were trying to do some jumper trick where the horn relay goes and smoke came from the steering column. I can't find any burnt wires so at a loss right now.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I trust the horn itself is in good condition?

have you checked the fuse, does your cigarette lighter work they are on the same fuse

Yeah the horn is new and the fuse is good.

When I hit the horn button there is no click at the horn relay but the relay is good as well.
