easy lt1 oil question ok so i gotta a total newb question. i need to know what the correct winter weight oil is for my lt1. i know, it sounds dumb, but i'm new to the v8 scene and i don't have any manuals on the car. thanks
10w30 Mobil1 Full Synthetic..but I live in the south so I dont see temps below 0..according to where you live if it gets real cold then 5w30 or 0w30

If you use the 5w30 in M1, I recommend the Truck and SUV as it has a higher viscosity at 100*C. If you use 0w40 or 5w40 (Truck and Turbo Diesel), you will have a little broader protection range.
