Finally ordered my Pacesetter Coated LongTubes with Off-road Y-pipe and DMH Electric Cutout.
Its going on my 95' Z28. The car has CAI, ported TB, ported and polished intake, ported and polished heads with oversized valves, Full CompCams custom built valvetrain with 1.6:1 ratio rockers, punched to 6.0L, with forged internals, and every bolton there is. I've probably left a couple things out but just trying to give an idea of what is going on.
We built the car 4 years ago and it had Hooker LTs and they would hang on everything so we yanked them off after about a 1000 miles and sold them and went back to the manifolds. I've never driven the car with the Headers and I'm excited to see how it feels.
How crazy of a job is this install going to be? Its probably gonna be on a lift for this. And are there any wires or anything that I should worry about getting burnt with these things?

just make sure you keep your plug wires far away from the primaries as possible. also zip tie your oxygen sensor wires. did you buy 02 extensions? another thing, use Perceys dead soft aluminum header gasket and locking header bolts, or you will be pulling them back off once the gaskets blow out. good luck...you should see awsome gains with going to them, im just surprised it took you this long.

The lift will make it a lot easier. Also, you have the previous experience with the other headers and reinstalling the manifolds. Don't worry, I bet you've got everthing covered!

Cool, where can I get Perceys gaskets? And yes I've got to order some extensions but I haven't found a place that carries them, I ordered my headers and y from Texas Speed and it seems they don't carry it. And why do I need Locking header bolts?

The Engineer. I'm working on completing my Bach of Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering degree as of now. Just thought I'd throw that out there. And does Texas Speed send header bolts and gaskets with the headers like the other companies?
