no. A cage is much stiffer bracing than sfc provides.

I guess it couldn't hurt but I don't think you would see any noticeable benefit compared to the cage.

YES subframes should always be installed..
especially if a roll bar or cage is installed you should have support along the rails and connecting the front to the rear..

doesnt matter. bolt in or weld in. both would need to be welded in to reap the full benefits of it

I have SLP weld ins and they made a noticeable difference in the feel, handling etc of the car.
