Ypipe question

Ypipe question Would a Ypipe from an LS1 Camaro work on an LT1 Camaro? A guy has a Ypipe for sale locally off a 2000 Z28, and if it'd work on an LT1, with little to no modification done to the Ypipe, I want to buy it.

OK, I saw the ypipe on that thread. It's a ypipe for a Pacesetter headers for an LS1. You can probably have those fabricated to fit a Pacesetter LT1 headers. But, the way it looks, the pipes have been flatten somehow to clear something, maybe the transmounting bracket?.
If I'm not mistaken, I think Edelbrock only made shorty headers for the LT1's, so those ypipe will not work. They're more for long tube oriented.
You can always have a ypipe fabricated from an exhaust shop to fit any headers.
