I guess I don't understand what you are missing? Those are the weights in grams of your parts. That 1,629.5 is what the machinist is going to pack on to each journal of your crank and then spin it around to internally balance your motor. I haven't balanced a SBC in a while, but that bobweight looks a little high. Without knowing components I can't speculate though. Most BBC bobweights are around 2400+ grams.

the thing is this is a gen II block not a gen I sbc... right now I have the stock balancer/pulley on the motor with a neutral flexplate, but I have bad vibrations. So I wanted to know if this was internally balanced or externally, cause if it is internal then the balance is off BAD.

Gen1/Gen2 it doesn't matter, seriously it doesn't Dampner/hub are both neutral balance so those aren't the issue. Stock LTx's are externally balanced so a neutral balance flexplate could be an issue. Just ask him if he balanced the assembly with a flexplate or not. Also check your hub to see if it has drill marks in it. Sometimes they did that from the factory if a motor was a little off. In that case you would have a compounded problem depending on your engine guys answer to how he balanced it.

i got a new hub, vibration seemed better, but not gone completely. I guess I'll just have to call him and ask about the balancing whether it was internal or external and if he used a flexplate. Thanks for the input.

Internal means you get a bob weight and then drill the crank to where it balances, typically you can get cranks internal or external so they have the extra metal and it makes things easier. External has the same procedure except you bolt the flexplate on it while you're spinning it.
