I spray 120 shot often on the street, use a window and I dont spray thru' shifts on a stock bottom end with 45K. I change my oil regulary and I haven't had any adverse effects (yet).
Sprayed my '79 Z28 with 200 shot for years and she still lives to tell the tale.
