I need heeeeeelllppppp! help n e one? how yall doing today hope good and thanxz for looking. ok know i have a 97 chevy camaro LTuno, problem is that code p0300 popped up and since then it sounds like a subaru with the rumble sound and it lags in power. when i changed the spark plug wires code went away and ran like a champ away but for one day, after that ploblem came back. i've checked the wire again but every thing looks fine to me. now any help or hints of what i should do next, will really appreciate thanxz guys!!!!!!

try checkin ur wires at night, pop the hood and look for any blue sparking, check for bad spark plugs, and also the optis are known for goin out on these bad boys, check for any leaks/cracks around the opti, if nothin obvious shows up then you're just gonna have to dig from there but thats a good start
I agree with the grammar.....but I won't stop shy of trying to help you out. The first and foremost thing I/we need to know is how many miles are on your car, and has any of the timing/spark related components been serviced or changed.. I am willing to bet that its the opti, but it could be a handful of different things.
