Once you understand everything you will realize you don't want an LT4 or pretty much any of it's parts. Not that they are bad just not worth the money or effort.

Everyone has they're own opinion on this. Personally, If I had to choose, I'd pick the LT4(heads/intake) right off the bat the heads already has bigger i/e valves.
If the Lt1 can be ported for more power, the LT4 can also be ported even more so. Just my 2 cents.

Thing is IMO the best LTx head going is just 200cc and the LT4 is 195 as cast. Not much room to really make it right without making it HUGE. I know most of you apply "bigger is better" too everything you can but stop and take a look at the cars making in the neighborhood of 500 at the wheels and I think it silly that guys think they need more volume to make 20% less power.
