any idea?

I got a friend who's lookin at this 95 camaro and the current owner said "the number 8 exhaust rocker bolt" and we are just wondering at how much it would cost to fix and what it is.... or if he should not even get the car anymore cuz of it etc....

they aren't bolts, they are studs. is that what you mean?

idk those are this guys exact words on the email, lol thats why we are confused, if i knew what i was asking i wouldn't be asking cuz im confused
