Trickflows

I am in a very good position right now to get some trickflow lt1 heads. Basicly I can get some brand new in box assembled ones for 475 bucks. Since I am building a new bottom end to go with it I can raise the compression to 11:1 again. Anyone ever run the trickflows with good results for the spray and an 80% chance of 383?

For that price who cares. Buy them while you can then figure out if you are going to run them or not. If not resell them.

Are there any real downfalls to the trickflow heads?

Just loss of compression on a SBE. Ported on a 383 those things will be nasty, AI does a lot with those

Also anyone know what rods and pistons to use on a 355 to get 11:1 on the trickflow heads

If they are not messed up in anyway shape or form, and really are exactly as he described them to you, I will give you 675 right now for them. $200 profit for not doing anything but shipping something..
