It sucks but if you just read about it, take the right steps the first time, it won't be that bad. You have to take out the steering linkage, dipstick, and starter. Makes things 100 times easier.
Make sure you have lots of time. You won't get it all right the first try. Just be patient and keep an open mind.

Its not really that hard just aggreviating at times. Its wise to change the motor mounts since your already down there, otherwise the long tubes may hit the k memeber if the engine is sagging which Im assuming it is since its a 95 and you prolly have a decent amount of miles on it.

I've done it a couple times and its a PITA and time consuming but worth it in the end. Just make sure you have some PB Blaster (your new best friend) and watch out for the temp sensor on the driver's side when you unbolt the stock manifolds and again when you get the LT's in there.

Also watch out for the oil sensor wire when putting the headers in (I tore ripped mine at the connector!) I put in my pacesetter LT's when my tranny was getting rebuilt so I already had the starter out. The passenger side went in sort of easy without any trouble with the dipstick out of the way. The driver side was harder, but since I had the tranny out, I tilted the motor up from the back and it went right in. Some people have said to loosen the driver side motor mount and raise the motor from the driver side to get it in. I did not have to remove the steering linkage.

I was just wondering about the catback cause I put a cutout after my Y and went into the factory catback after that. That turned out to be the hardest part.

I took out the motor, installed the cam, headers, spark plugs and wires and cleaned the OPTI, and I would do it agian if I have to, 4th Gen engine bay sucks, and thats that.

Been there..

Yea..it can be tricky with the Engine still in, but it can be done. Just some extra Tools to replace the ones you throw.

Just finished putting in my pacesetter race long tubes, took me about 3 hours at work using the lift. Its really loud with no cat back system. lol

i removed the altenator, dipstick, starter, steering shaft and put both headers from underneath. Removed passenger side engine mount bolt and nut, to raise the engine up just a bit to clear the passenger side.

drivers side

passengerside
