Default Top end/nitrous questions

Still not sure if I'm going to go with a 355 or a 383, hopefully this'll help me decide. My stock shortblock's days are numbered with the current setup

DD days are over for my car, going for bogarts and a 28" slick, but sticking with the 6 speed. Will be running stock PCM, so RPMs need to stay south of 7k.

Planning on spraying a 250+ shot regularly through the new engine (setup for dual stage progressive), will be upgrading to a converted single plane to solve the distribution issues.

Since its going to be mostly a track car, I plan on running a solid roller nitrous grind planned shifts at 7k. My question is if the 250+ shot and 383 will be restricted by a stock casting (LE3 or Ai 200)? I don't really want to step to an aftermarket casting so that's where the 355 comes in... Clearly splayed mains and head studs are in order, should I also look into block filling?

Opinions welcome on the whole setup as well, thanks!
