Ok I am changing the seal that goes around the opti on the timing cover its freakin hard to take off. And also I need to change the water pump seal also the one on the cover. And tips to put them back on would be nice. Thanks!

a seal puller should get them out easy enough - that's what I use. tap the pump drive seal in with a socket and I would use a block of wood to tap in the opti seal. Make sure they go in evenly.

i did mine with the cover off of the car. when i bought my timing cover gasket kit it came with everything. It was easier to pull off for me. Like stated above try to replace the new ones as evenly as possible.
