Default 1le elbow vs. aluminum

ok just a really quick question, which one is better? i found a 1le really cheap. does the aluminum add any more power or airflow than the 1le? thanks, oh n i would like to know pretty soon before the 1le is gone.

I have a 1LE and it is fine. In fact the aluminum one would get heat soak. But they would both make about the same power get the one that cost less.

someone asked this on camaroz28.com and someone posted pics of both side by side, and the 1le will swallow up the aluminum elbow, it looks like you could litteraly fit the aluminum one inside the 1le and it would be loose inside it.

Ya but what is the overall diameter of it. Im going to buy a 3.5 or 4" circular silicone 90 degree elbow and just clamp it down to an oval at the throttle body. I think by those dimensions that would make it a 4.0" diameter circle.
