i run 100 octane and still get knock... yes I have Long tubes, yes i have the Lt4 Knock module installed and yes i have lowered the knock attack tables by 15-20% with tunercat and knock is still there... less but still there.. i havent tried the low octane tables yet. knock recorded Only at 4-4.6k rpms at WOT ONLY. I assume its false but am cautious to reduce knock attack tables anymore than 15-20%

all sensors (temp sensor included) check out A OK in all my datamaster logs.

you can also try increasing the values in the knock recovery table.

yes, its a two part process. when knock is first detected the attack tables control how much timing is taken out. the recovery tables control how much is put back in at what rate. If it's only a very brief period in the rpm range where knock is being detected, then increasing the recovery values will mean timing is pulled for less time. If the recovery is lazy, then even a brief knock detection can affect a larger percentage of the range.

yeah i gottcha.....

still not sure what to do now about the KR. I think i have covered almost all the options except removing ability to detect knock (i think i can tune it to only do so at WOT).

lt1_edit and just limited the amount of KR at each rpm
