Bad Vibs @ 2K RPM
Recently assembled my car with a used b body short block (diffrnt cam) and stock tune. Now when I drive the car and have the clutch out it vibrates verybad from 1,500 rpm to around 2,100. Worst at 2K. Even with the clutch pushed in rolling down the road and rev the engine to 2K it vibrates so its not trans or rear I wouldnt think. I do have a really cheap autozone 59.99 flywheel, i wonder if its not balenced correctly. What about the off tune..can that cause stumbling and vibrations around lower rpms. It runs great above 2,100! It will get side ways going into second and pulls very hard...for a stockish car.

Mine does the same thing. Except, it gets worse with higher rpms, now. At first, I only noticed it around 1500rpm. But, after a week or so, it started doing it all the time. It doesn't do it when I have the clutch pedal down though. Doesn't sound like the exact same problem as yours. But, mine is my clutch. I need to replace it very soon.
