here is my hood that i got this weekend, alot of people have said they have never seen a cowl hood on a Trans Am... i am getting it painted this weekend!! what yall think about it??

i always wanted to see a cowl hood on a trans am too...but i dont think i like it... i would like to see a sunoco style cowl hood... but maybe it would look better if it was black with the car?

A friend of mine had the same hood on his 95 black Trans am and yeah it looked down right mean. You may have seen his car before his names Steve and he used to live around the Killeen/Ft. hood area and some times went to the drag strip.

they line up perfect, took about 15 mins to put on and needed only one adjustment and thats it . I was very suprised cause nothing EVER goes on my car that easy for some reason there is ALWAYS something lol.....i bought it in austin,tx from a guy for $150 regular he bought it last yr $799 lol i called him and he wanted 200 for it and i offered him 150 and he said yeh so i HAULED A$$ over there , it was bout a 2 hour drive but i got there fast before it was gone...i couldnt pass up that deal
