thanks for the advice guys. im definitely gonna stay away from nitrious. my car already has ram air so my first mods are gonna be full exhaust and 4.10's. You think il be close?

My car was solidly in the 12's with the mods in the sig. My race weight was 3640. As stated, it doesn't take a cam or nitrous to get you there, just a well thought out mod plan. Throwing all the parts in the world at something won't necessarily make it faster if they don't work together.

nice we have almost the same mods, A4 though, and you only ran .02 faster then me. i agree that even with a bolt on car its not hard at all to get into 12s

i hope to see slow to mid 12s with a tune and drs and headers and ory with a cutout plus the mods i my sig.... how u guys think ill make out the only supenison parts i give are subframes

The highest elevation track in CA that I could find is 2600' ASL.

Los Angeles County Raceway
Littlerock, CA

The closest I could find to him is sacramento raceway, which is 50' ASL.

I am new to these cars, the only reason i mentioned full bolt-ons is from the feedback i got in the beginning with my 97, i have all this stuff in mine, now i added LTs & ORY & eliminated the cats, but before the header swap, i was told anywhere from 13.8s too 14.2s, i felt that was disapointing, but my first time out with this car, i did maneage a 14.5, but that was on a suck *** 2.6 60ft., i did feel the car had 13.7 13.8s in it on a 2.0, but now that i added the headers & ORY, it feels much better, so lower 13s shouldn't be an issue then right? even with the stock rear with say Nitto's?

97 Z28 6sp., PS LTs & ORY, no cats, Magnaflow catback, CAI, MAF, Airfoil, Hypertech, B&M shifter, torque arm.

75 Duster, 451, 10.87@123.58 1.62 60ft.

just put the bottle on it an get there in about an hour i spry 175 on a 150k motor so you should be ok

Yes, that would help. lol However, my sig shows the fact that it can be done with minimal power adding. And there is a better time available from the car with just more gear, more suspension, weight reduction and a computer tune.
