fuel pump question?

ok i just did some reading on the aero fp reg and they are adjustable from 30 to 70 psi so i wouldnt have been able to adjust it cause the pressure was below the minimum limit so i believe it is the fuel pump the plastic line that goes onto it was loose you can move it back and forth on the pump i dont think your supposed to be able to?

it was the fuel pump feed line it was loose where it connects on the pump i put a new pump in cause i wasnt chancing it...thanks to everyone that gave their opinion
