Way to go, roadtrip!

Speed-shifting or granny-shifting?

No test-n-tune time? First time out of the box?

You are all motor, right?

Car looks great!

thanks guys, ya i missed 4th gear all weekend long. i was traping 122 -123mph , when i really missed 4th it was running 118-119, any way, in the finials i knew i had to hit 4th to beat the other guy ( Engineer), so i grany shifted the slowest i have have shifted while racing and it went in first try. All motor is all i had this weekend, didn't have time to wire up the kit. It was for the best, it was runnin 11.3 all motor, with crappy 60ft times, best 1.76, and posi and trany issues.

Pretty good turnout. I would say around 50 cars maybe a lil more. Weather had been shitty all weekend. But it actually turned out to be really nice in the afternoon.

Fastest pass I saw all day was a 9.44 @ like 143 or 145...Lots of 9s were ran today...tons of 10s...

Taner blew off like a 9.69...I believe

Tony broke at the last minute, motor problems.

Chris was there, but not sure if/what he ran. Well i'm pretty sure it was him, maybe someone else can chime in.

There were definately some bad *** cars there. I was impressed.
I went out in the 3rd round of the slow bracket.
Car did run a new personal best of 13.05 at 103 1.75 sixty foot.

I thought it was a great turnout for the very first running of the LTX shootout.
Definately need to do this every year if possible.

Congrats to all the winners. Looked like everyone was having a good time.

i was there in my 96 impala as a spectator. Had fun a pretty good time. I was disappointed when the black Impala in the outlaw class went up to the line and blew up doing his burn out. I wanted to see that big boy run.

Man I had a geat Time. Sitting in KC Airport waiting for my plane home.

The reacing was great and the people were better. Tanner Brought the beer. . .and we drank it Brady's car was deadly fast. Chris did not bring his car. Tony's car had some issues and could not make it. Mine was ready but we could not get it there. GMHTP was great and FSC was on hand as well.

The weather hurt us some due to a low local turn out(who wants to race in the rain)

There were some hard core cars there and I can't wait to do it again!

Thanks Everyone for a great time!

BTW There were two Known Opti failures. . one before the gates even opened in the hotel parking lot!

The opti failure in the hotel parking lot was me. Got it changed and made the race! Finished 3rd in the Heads Up N/A class. Best of the day was 11.48 @ 118. Lost to roadtrip120 in the semi-final. Great Race! It was an absolute blast!!!
