I completely agree with you. I was going to go custom, but I couldnt justify it for cam only. Plus I could get a more dead on mail order tune with an off the shelf cam, and I was running out of funds for a dyno tune. The 306 has been around for a long time, and it makes nice power everywhere. I like the cam, but if I was to go h/c a custom grind would def. be my first choice.
