Default Need some help on a engine problem

Ok tell me that some of you have had this problem.. 1994 Z28 LT1 ad my problem is when i floor it from a stop its has a hesitation fo like 1 and a half seconds and then it goes but i can squeel the tires... before I used to be able too.. So heres my lis of problems and i want you to pick some that might be causing this problem...
#1- Opti
2- Ignition coil
3- Spark plug wires
4- EGR Valve
5- Collapsed Lifer- (driver side does tick)
6- valves need adjusting
7- Fuel pump
8- Fuel filter
9- Bad Gas
10- Dirty Manifold
11- What other optons you can come up with...

check spark plug wires and for fouled spark plugs. then i would check the O2 Sensors, Fuel Filter. I would bet the first on my list is the problem though. seen it too many times, but i could be wrong.

Well, thats a pretty good list of possible suspects. If your car has 60K or more your opti spark will likly have problems in the near future.

Agree with Gangly, try the easy and cheap stuff first but sooner or later you better plan on replacing the Optispark....sorry to be the bearer of bad news Optispark
