Default can i change my pcm to a newer one?

car is a 93 - and i think i have a bad pcm. can i upgrade to a94 , or 95 . without any issues/ ?

We don't have a PCM, we have an ECM, and no you can't.

yeah you can but you pretty much have to replace everything electrical in the car lol.
