I'm not as happy with my MAC/ORY/Flowmouth setup as I thought I'd be. So I'm thinking about the new TSP 1 7/8" LTs and 3" mandrel bent TDs with two Super 44s right in front of the tips.

Do I just need to go to another exhaust shop?
me too sept im goin with kooks 1 3/4 headers with tsp rumble x

I have a 96 Z28, with pacesetter longtubes and true duals. Their not as hard as people think and they sound great. I bought a 3" x pipe kit from summit for $100, had to add about 3" of pipe to each side just before the X crossover for a good fit. I have summit's bullet mufflers, maybe $35 for both, then cheap turndowns. My exhaust dumps at the axle, and I have about 5" ground clearance. No cats either

I bought the Summit 2.5in. X-Pipe and planned to fab it up myself and have it dump at the axle but wasn't able to b/c of tools. Freaken Mufflex wouldn't even attempt it which I think is bs so I was just thinking of having some place like Midas or Meineke do it, anybody let them up to the task with that before? I can't see why any person with the right tools couldn't do it considering its dumping out before the axle.

first setup was 3" dumped duals w/ powersticks. That cost me 250 in parts, 200 in labor and 100 in mufflers. so 550 which is less than a catback and ory.....today I'm getting my exhaust extended over the axle and out the back with 3.5" outlet corsa clones....that is costing me another 150 in parts, 250 in labor, and 70 in tips...all together thats about 1000 in just my duals alone
